- When you tan your body absorbs UVB light and converts it to Vitamin D. One of the benefits of Vitamin D is that it helps your body to absorb calcium.
- UVB light helps reduce psoriasis, acne, depression etc….
- A Spray Tan is a great alternative if you do not want a tanning bed. A Spray Tan looks like a real tan and lasts 5-10 days. It does not protect you from burning in real sunlight…It simply makes you look tan for 5-10 days.
